Terms of Use (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Bohri Cupid ("Licensor"), for the use of the dating application and services provided by Licensor (Bohri Cupid LLC).

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

COMMUNICATIONS

By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive communication and marketing messages from us via text message or phone call. You understand that standard message and data rates may apply. We will use your phone number solely for communication and marketing purposes related to our products and services. We will not share your phone number with any third-party companies for marketing purposes. You may opt-out of receiving communication and marketing messages from us at any time by replying 'STOP' to any text message or requesting to be removed from our call list. By providing your phone number, you represent that you are the owner of the phone number or have the necessary consent to provide the phone number for communication and marketing purposes.

LICENSE

Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership or intellectual property rights in the Software. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Software.

RESTRICTIONS

You may not use the Software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to violating any applicable laws, rules or regulations. You may not use the Software to harass, defame, abuse, threaten, stalk or otherwise violate the rights of others, including without limitation the rights of privacy and publicity. You may not use the Software to transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

By using the Software, you agree to Licensor's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how Licensor collects and uses personal information and other data from users of the Software. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully before using the Software.

TERM AND TERMINATION

This Agreement will remain in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the Software and all copies thereof from your device. Licensor may terminate this Agreement at any time, without notice, if you fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software and delete all copies thereof.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Licensor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Software, your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any third-party rights.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Licensor is located, without giving effect
